Snow Many Fun Things To Do In Hardin County, Kentucky!

SNOW! We are surrounded by it and loving it. The air is crisp and clear. The kids are having fun on sleds. Isn't it great?

But sometimes it's fun to do things inside where it's a bit warmer. And I've got a couple of great options for you in Hardin County - right in Radcliff, and next door to Elizabethtown, all in the great state of Kentucky.

ROLLER SKATING! It's fun for the whole family, very healthy (just don't fall!), and reasonably priced. And we've got two great options for you:

Hardin Country Roller Rink is located at 1355 S. Dixie Hwy, Radcliff, KY 40160 and their phone number is 270-351-3430. With fun roller skating and a snack bar that includes pizza, you and your kids will have a great time. Just click on their name to head to their website and find out their current days that they are open, hours, prices, and rules.

Blazer's Fun Zone is another favorite spot for young and old alike. Not only do they have roller skating all week long, except Mondays when they are usually closed. They also offer jump houses, a rock climbing pole, mini-golf, and arcade games. They even have free wi-fi for parents and grandparents who might want to work a bit while watching the kids have a blast. And I can attest that they have tasty pizza and nachos! :)

Whichever you pick, you're bound to stay warm, have fun, and put a smile on your family's faces. Enjoy!

Have a Happy and Safe Halloween in Radcliff, Kentucky

Happy Autumn! We're in the midst of another delightful Fall Season in Hardin County and I'm busy enjoying the vivid leaf colors on all our trees as well as all of the ones falling down (waiting for me to rake them all up!).

Once again, Halloween is about to make its presence known, with all the cute monsters, goblins, super heroes, princesses, fairies, and lion cubs floating about from house to house as they trick or treat.

I noticed a great list of Halloween safety tips at the City of Radcliff website along with the reminder that the "City-Wide Burn Ban is in effect due to dry conditions. (If you have any questions you can contact the Radcliff Fire Department at (270)351-1975.)"
